![]() ![]() Cloud 9 made this experience much more bearable. Such an awful decision for any pet owner to make, but unfortunately sometimes we must. We opted for a scatter tube and personal cremation for Sadie, and she was brought back home to us yesterday (Thursday) after being put to sleep on Tuesday evening. ![]() He was so caring and compassionate towards Sadie we felt completely at ease. He explained everything to us, chatted to us to calm us which on reflection made things much easier for Sadie because she very easily picked up on our emotions. The vet that came out (I think his name was John, sorry if I’m mistaken, it was all a bit of a blur emotionally) was so good. We got a call back no longer than 15 mins later, a vet was able to get to us for 8.30pm that same evening. My husband called at 6pm asking if it was too late to book Sadie in the following day, the lady he spoke to on the phone could hear how distressed Sadie was in the background and did everything she could to get a vet out to her that night. ![]() We wanted to make it as comfortable for her as possible, with less stress of getting her into the car and to the vets. Our old girl Sadie unfortunately was put to sleep earlier this week. Both myself and my husband can’t recommend Cloud 9 enough. ![]() I know the importance of reviews, especially when it comes down to our beloved pets. ![]()
